Pilots job

Pilots job seems to appear as a glamarous job but, is however an extremely demanding and thrilling one, it involves working odd hours with 200 percent concentration, and taking quick decisions based on the information's recieved. Usually the pilots duty begins an hour before the flight.

While the flight moves, the pilot receives steady information which needs to be intrepreted, all the while maintaining contact with air traffic controls. An occasional message to the passengers, keeping them informed about flight conditions.

Normally one or two co-pilots accompany the pilot depending on the duration of the flight. The co-pilot is a junior pilot who will become a full pilot after building up his flying hours and experience.
